REBIRTH - Spring Women’s Circle

I invite you to a beautiful circle of connection and self expansion.

Rebirth is a space where we can come together and navigate through a beautiful feminine breath work practice, an embodiment exploration and connection and co regulation with a community of likeminded women.

We will explore the them of rebirthing into the new, more expansive, more embodied, more creative version of ourselves. Also the shadow of that is the shedding, the holding and the surrendering to the process of letting go of what is no longer resonant.

This is a space and held space to share, weave magic and unfolding together. It is not compulsory to share but it is encouraged as your medicine weaved through this container is not only potent for your healing but for all those who gather in the circle. Its a safe space to explore expression, communication and being seen and heard.

Rebirth is preparation for the new you that is emerging, whether is physical, emotional or spiritual changes that are underway, this is a place to amplify and set your intention moving forward together.
