Renew is a space to nourish yourself through sound activation, drum journeying, meditation, journalling and medicine stories and sharing in circle.

This will be a potent PINK moon and to mark and honour and i invite you to join this sacred circle. The pink moon is a time to look inward, to honour the introspection as we move through the autumn and towards the winter. What are we looking to cultivate in this season?
We will work with breath to become fully present in the body. We will set intention moving forward through the next lunar cycle, we will honour the divine feminine and earthly gateways. We will listen and be heard.
A beautiful space to be nourished, held, unravel and to decompress amongst women who to are looking to connect. Carving out the time to nourish yourself and come back home to your temple, find the break, clarity and wisdom within. Your stories are the medicine.
Beautiful herbal teas will be served, bolsters provided and a beautiful space offered..
