Initial Consult - is your chance for a meet and greet and to see if we are the right energetic fit. This session is usually around and hour or so and we can meet at a cafe or i can come to your home. This is a non obligation session.

• x 1 - 3 hour session of birth preparation, birth planning and mapping. Deep dive to set your intentions and get clear on your plan for birth.

• x 2 2 hour prenatal sessions working on birth positioning, breathing techniques and individualised preparation.

• On call labour support 2 weeks either side of your due date.

• x1 postpartum visit -Usually within the first 10 days I will come and visit and check in on you and we can debrief the birth. We can debrief your birth experience and check in with how you are navigating your healing and settling into motherhood.

• x1 FaceTime postpartum call

• Phone and text support throughout pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum.

Sometimes we may also meet at a nature location or space to support the intention of the session.

• Phone/ voice memo and text support during your pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum. Available in between sessions as things arise, to support the continual awakening and becoming.

• Labour support - In the weeks leading up to your labour our contact will begin to frequent a lot more. We will we be speaking and checking in and navigating anything that may arise as you journey towards labour.

  When you call me to let me know your labour has commenced, I will come and be with you in suitable time. I will help you through labour with suggestions, emotional support, positioning suggestions and to help advocate your birth plan alongside being a loving and nurturing support.

  Once baby is born, you are both settled I usually will stay for an hour or so and leave you all to rest.
