Holistic Birth Support

Spiritual and Energetic support anchoring you through your transformative pregnancy journey. Drawing on Vedic Knowledge, Womb Wisdom and Energetic Healing I support you through to an empowered pregnancy, labour and beyond. With each session we move through a deep 3 hour session to unearth the inner wisdom and guidance that you carry within your cells, we work on the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of your journey.

What you will receive…..

Inital Consult - is your chance for a meet and greet and to see if we are the right energetic fit. This session is usually around and hour or so and we can meet at a cafe or i can come to your home. This is a non obligation session.

  • x 2 - 2.5 - 3 hour sessions of birth preparation, this can include but are not limited too

  • body work

  • birth mapping planning

  • partner support

  • ceremonial holding

  • reiki

  • postpartum planning

  • supporting you to a midwife visit

  • Pregnancy Yoga and meditation

  • Ayurvedic and Herbal wisdom and support

  • Please note Pregnancy Abhyanga oil massage will be available from sept 2026

Sometimes we may also meet at a nature location or space to support the intention of the session.

  • Phone/ voice memo and text support during your pregnancy and postpartum. Available in between sessions as things arise, to support the continual awakening and becoming. - .

  • Labour support - In the weeks leading up to your labour our contact will begin to frequent a lot more. We will we be speaking and checking in and navigating anything that may arise as you journey towards labour.

    When you call me to let me know your labour has commenced, I will come and be with you from when you request. I will help you through labour with suggestions, emotional support, positioning suggestions and to help advocate your birth plan alongside being a loving and nurturing support.

    Once baby is born, you are both settled I usually will stay for an hour or so and leave you all to rest.

  • x1 Postpartum Visit

    Usually within the first 10 days I will come and visit and check in on you bringing some nourishing food and support. We can debrief your birth experience and check in with how you are navigating your healing and settling into motherhood.

Please note - there is a cancelation policy in place of 50% non refundable deposit up to 12 weeks before your due date.

Extra Sessions are also available if you are feeling or wanting extra support - postpartum support is available if you would like to add on also.
