• x 6 - 2.5 hour session either in person at my TEMPLE space or via online zoom call. / I recommend one of these be a postpartum session. Each session is personalised, we tend to what arises through each stage of pregnancy for your specific circumstances.

Sometimes we may also meet at a nature location or space to support the intention of the session.

• Phone/ voice memo and text support during your pregnancy and postpartum. Available in between sessions as things arise to support the continual awakening and becoming. - I am also available throughout labour on the phone should your need energetic balancing or you need extra support.

• Ceremony, space holding, anchoring your energy through sacredness and rituals.

• Guided Yoga, meditation and embodiment practices. Breath work preparation for labour and motherhood. Sessions may include personalised practices, applications and preparations. We may work through these together and may give you tools you can work through at home.

• Reiki and Energy Sessions. Energy balancing sessions to cleanse your aura and your energetic field. To balance emotions and energy. Working wth tuning forks and sound healing through these sessions can also be so beneficial.

• Birth preparation and planning. Birth mapping and support for intention setting

• Gentle Body work and Somatic integration. Beautiful and relaxing oiling of the body to pacify any stagnant energy in the body and release any stored tension. Foot soaks and

• Partner work and Sessions - Session with birthing partners are also sometimes wanted or required. Creating and fostering connection, being able to express yourself throughout your pregnancy and labour with freedom an inhibition is integral to smooth transitions in the birth and postpartum space.

• Mantra and Voice - Womb Activation - The Voice and the Yoni are deeply intertwined we work with vocal toning, sound healing, mantra and breath work to exercise the voice, release any tension in the Yoni and prepare for birth
